Bravo Bistro

I really love their dishes. I always get great service here. The place is neat and the staff members are always very nice. Keep up the good work.

Decided on Bravo Bistro because it was in short walking distance of PPAC. The sitting arrangement of the small restaurant, left me feeling squished and in the personal space of the adjacent table. The food was okay, but not anything special.

Just called the restaurant simply to ask when they have buck a shuck. Person answering was not even sure what that is, then told me it's on Fridays and then could not answer what time this takes place and when asked if he could find out the time info on that he RUDELY told me he did not know, told me to check the website and refused to find out for me. When I expressed my displeasure about him not giving me the info he told me that I was being rude to press him for the info.........as though HE was being inconvenienced with the question and said he does not get paid enough to be asked to find out and HUNG up on me! HORRIBLE behavior for someone answering the phone being asked a simple question! It would NOT have been tough for him to find out and be of assistance to a potential NEW patron!
