This might be one of my new favorite spots. I've passed by Blaze several times on Saturday when visiting the Winter Farmers Market and have been excited to try it. I'm obsessed with the ambiance - rustic, wood, open yet cozy. I finally got to eat there last Friday night on a lovely lady date, and unlike some of the other reviews I was very happy with the meal. The menu is vegan friendly but still attractive for those craving meat. We both ordered a glass of the house wine and the seared kale salad - mine with salmon and hers with shrimp. While everything was simple, it was stunningly delicious. The piece of salmon I had was seared evenly and to absolute perfection. The salad was full of texture and taste. Even the bread and oil at the beginning of the meal was drool-worthy. This is the type of meal I like to eat. Fresh flavors and ingredients really well made. We were talking about how good the food was all night. We're going back for brunch this weekend.

Funky, quirky restaurant in a cavernous converted cotton factory, high ceilings and exposed brick, with a long comfortable bar, several communal tables, and a dedicated pizza area. Highly recommended - doesn't feel like your typical Providence or Pawtucket place. We got a mix of small plates like the spicy crispy cauliflower, the lamb tacos, the beef lettuce wraps and all were quite good, but the star of the show was the blue cheese crusted tenderloin. Out of this world.

Celebrated mother's day with my daughter. The Mac and cheese was well mac n cheesey. Loved the spread but I frequent Blaze and I have yet to be disappointed. One of the best places to eat in Providence hands down

Drove quite a bit to try out this place and it was closed. There was no sign on the door or mention on their website. Waste of time and cab fair.

I love Blaze. In a city with a lot of amazing restaurants, this is one of my favorite. I particularly like it because it's good for all types of people: vegetarian/vegan diners, meat eaters, and kids/picky eaters.
