        I've been an AAA member for 5 years... I've never had a problem with customer service or the members they brought out for roadside assistance until yesterday.The tow truck guy that they sent out to me yesterday by the name of Brain R. was very rude in away. Don't know how to speak on matters that have to do with his job without asking about personal matters that have nothing to do with his job. His approach came across very rudely for a guy that's 4'11 ...
