I literally was just hung up on and I'm not sure why. It's my job to facilitate repairs for a 30-store company located in several states.
I work out of an office in New Jersey. I have a store in RI that needs two thermostats put in and here's the crux of the conversation:
"we don't work with third parties."
"we don't bill third parties" ( I said I would pay cash)
"what do you mean you will pay cash?"
"we don't work with third parties"
And then she hung up.

Air Synergy installed a two-unit central air system at our home in Barrington late last year so this summer has really been our first opportunity to experience the difference our investment has made. It is awesome! My wife used to suffer so much from heat sickness every year. This year: nothing. What a difference. Jeffrey and his company are the best. They were able to satisfy the demands of the town, the young men on the crew were gentlemen to a man, the system is robust, and the family is happy. So glad we went with Air Synergy. Air synergy installed a new propane heating system along with minisplits in our newly renovated home. They were always on time, always communicated well with us very competitive prices. Because we were in the middle of a renovation we threw alit of curve balls at them, they worked threw it all. Could not be happier
