Had a great experience with Dr. Dhillon during my visit. Was extremely professional and made the whole process simple and easy. One of the best in the business!!

After 10 months of coverage, Altus has paid out exactly $0 - not even for normal dental cleanings. A waste of time & money. To top it off, I can't even choose to just not re-enroll at open enrollment. If I want to stop I have to fill out the entire application but specify I want to terminate coverage. If feels like Altus is just a bunch of scammers pretending to provide insurance. Must be profitable to deny coverage for everything, though.

As a dentist who has dealt with Altus in the past 20 years, Altus dental is a great insurance which only care of its bottom line. Most claims submitted are conveniently not received, delayed because they simply decide to magically loose the xray you sent them, etc. If you are out of network for them, checks are sent directly to the patients.
