        It is impossible to reach someone. I tried to pay the delivery man but he couldn't accept. Then the website wouldn't allow me to sign in. They never sent me a bill and now I received a notice from a collections agency. I just called twice and the operators pretend like they cant hear me and drop the call. Completely ridiculous

        Terrible customer service - you cant speak to anyone locally, everything is from overseas - Why do you not provide a local number? I find that VERY annoying and its an unacceptable business practice.
