Gyms Direct USA was awesome. Jose and his staff are knowledgeable, helpful and they aim to please. When it comes to fitness equipment, they know the ins and outs of the machines they are selling. The delivery drivers were fantastic. They were on time professional and got the elliptical I ordered in my house in no time. If you are in the market for commercial or residential exercise equipment, I highly recommend Gyms Direct USA.

Jose and his team are experts with used fitness equipment. They have provided hundreds of pieces of equipment to our domestic and international customers. Their team is top notch. If you need used fitness equipment of any kind go to Gym's Direct!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE....I ordered an elyptical trainer from these people and spent close to $2000.00 for it. I ordered it in April and did not get it until July. They blamed the delay on having to inspect and service the machine. The receptionist was extremely NASTY to me each I attempted to check on the status of my order. When I spoke to Jose about it, he simply stated " good help is hard to find". I've had the elyptical less than 6 months and Im now having an issue with it. I had it checked by a service technician who states that the "Mother Board" is bad and the expected cost is $600.00. -So much for inspecting and servicing the machine.
I have attempted to get in touch with Jose about it and he avoids my calls. I finally called him from a different phone number. Upon answering, he stated how busy he was and "not able to talk to me right now". He asked me to forward pictures of the the elyptical trainer, as he contiued to rush me off the phone. I sent the info to him and he has yet to respond.
Shortly after he made the sale and received my payment, he became rude, nasty, did'nt have time to talk to me, and stopped answering my phone calls. STAY AWAY FROM them. They don't do good business. Im giving them a 1 because I can't give them a zero. Save your money and the aggravation!

There wasn't one aspect of the service to the equipment I ordered that was not top notch and impressive. Great experience all around.
