I purchased furniture, came in broken and all this place says is call the manufacturer. I call the manufacturer and no answer and no machine.
I have never dealt with anyone so rude in my life. Furniture is garbage when you get it. They drop the boxes off and take off. No one set them up. Delivery men were rude as well. Most of the furniture was delivered ruined. STAY A WAY. GO TO CARDIS BASEMENT. Try another place. I've contacted an attorney and will be contacting News channel 10
and 12.

If the customer services are bad, they should talk to the owner for better customer service in honesty, to serve the public as it is in price and quality so they will sell more and not lose customers. I will personally talk to the owner before buying or not buying

In all Honesty. You do get what you paid for. And I expected just that. The place is in the hood, The store looks trashy and unprofessional. The lady 'Maria' was on her phone and seem to pay more attention to her personal phone call. I will say she was alone and i felt bad she had to move stuff around herself... Once i walked in the store, i knew exactly how it wqs gonna go down. Sorry for yall that need like living room furniture or sets.. Save your $$ and pay for better.
