This office is so unprofessional and rude. After having to cancel 3 appointments One due to illness the other due to having to work and the third because I needed to leave the state and work in another state they Refused to fill my prescription give me a new appointment and basically Chris the manager told me I should find a new doctors office. I’ve been a patient there for 15 years prior to the new regime which is horrible. No redeeming qualities here don’t waste your time .

Front desk receptionist extremely rude, called about a bill my mom received, so instead of her looking into first. She tells me rudely "it is not our responsibility to inform you of your co-pay you do not know what insurance you have you should know about your insurance." Then turn around and said I was yelling at her. Which I wasn't until she being rude to me . A few seconds later she wants to try to turn on her professional voice. I went in to make to complain to a Manger, My luck no Manger and she proudly tells me she was the one I was talk to over the phone, and tell me I was being rude over the phone. I went off on her, funny thing no one in the office came to her defense.That's just show me is that the first time she did something like that. I will never but a foot in that Clinic again. Funny thing I was right, my mom did not owe them any money.
