Do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY ! I all my 32 years in business I have never encountered a more difficult so called business person. Ms. Dancers explosive personality and foul mouth outbursts in front of vendors and her own staff was a shocking experience to say the least. We even had to escort her out of our building when things got way beyond out of control for her safety and the safety of our staff. Her husband later came back to the company after the horrific incident to apologize for her more than questionable behavior. While I understood and felt compassionate for him, the experience is something no one should ever go thru. With all the options of vendors and customers have in todays market you best bet is use another company.

My wife and I used one of these flood bags to keep rainwater from seeping in under our patio door. We have a home in Florida and are looking to sell. When we removed this heavy, slimey, sopping wet bag off our beautiful sandstone entryway, there was a disgusting white residue left behind. I tried everything, and I mean EVERYTHING to remove this unsightly stain. My wife called the company for suggestions, and eventually spoke to a Carol Dancer, who identified herself as the company owner and creator of the product. This woman had my wife in tears by the time I took the phone from her. My wife explained that we had tried what she suggested already and this Carol woman was screaming at her that she is not responsible for what the product did to our walkway and what more did we want from her? I hung up on her after a few choice words. What an amateur business owner to treat a customer that way, no matter who they are? I would recommend never doing business with this company. I told all my family and friends about our experience. If you see Quick Dam products in Home Depot or on Amazon, DO NOT PURCHASE. THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR HOME.
