Dave arrived on time and assessed a cracked door frame and explained our two possible approaches (replace the frame or replace the door). When it turned out he couldn't do the work on the schedule we needed, he recommended someone else to do the job and didn't charge us for the visit. Highly professional and I'd call him again.
