Do not ever Lease with this company . Every thing they do for their apartments are illegal . I've been here 4 years and not once have they replaced a thing unless you legit harrass them! I have a broken stove thatcaught on fire . Took them always two weeks to replace it. A broken fridge for on going 3 months. A clogged shower and a broken light inside my bathroom. Pipes bursts in kithen sink surpsingly emergency call was fast. An infestation of mice in 442 High St apartments and when told about it they still never done any thing about it . The ladies who work the front office are horrible. Never do their job and always have attitude. They even sometimes take their phone off the hook for hours on end. Any time they do a job its half fast and cheap. Parking is horrible and they expect people to park on the street if everyones cars cant fit into lot instead of letting tenants figure out parking on their own. I could go on for hours but to cut to the chase Save yourself the time and money and dont make the mistake of applying for an apartment with this company! I would give it 0 stars if it was an option.
