AVOID business with Brigs and ownership inHigh Rocks Condo. They do not support the homeowner dispite RI Law and the condo Declaration. One specific incident: After an assn roof leak damaged my condo, they repeatedly denied responsibility and/or dismissed my claim with lame explanations, trying to shift accountability to insurance companies. How could a bldg. leak possibly the fault of the condo owner? No Way! This was all documented over several months with many letters, legal citations, pictures, and paid bill. I would Not deal with Brigs again or the weak condo Board.
