In my 57 years of life I have never experienced a more unprofessional but company. They have no care for the safety of the children.... they will not stop in the location where 4 families live.... we live at point a-b-c-d and they refuse to stop at this point but drive right past the parents and children and proceed to the road to point z where there are absolutely no children.... so they expect the parents and children to walk this extra distance when winter comes despite the fact that they drive right by each child’s home on the way to point Z..... these 4 families have to go to city hall to get anywhere because it’s the owners of the company who are driving the bus and who are answering the phone..... they are very unprofessional and a danger to our children!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
