I just relocated to a home and determine the water system in the home did not work well. My family and i noticed a metal smell and taste in the water. I called another water filter company and they were not helpful at all. I felt like i was burden to them asking for help. I then called Water Filter company and spoked to Scott. He came right out the next day and explained the issue and did not over sell us something we did not need. He provided a solution that matched our budget. The installation was great. The technician explain everything to me and when done the water tastes great. Now my family and I enjoy the water. Thank you Water Filter Company for your great service.

Just had our whole house system installed last week, including an kitchen sink under-mount filter specifically for drinking water. The process was completely customer oriented from start to finish, and beyond. Because of current conditions put on businesses, Steve, the owner no less, came and picked up a water sample from the house and then after some emails, picture transfers via email, and phone discussions, we were hooked! The install process was scheduled with a very short turn-around time and went seamless. The installer called ahead of time, showed up on time, and exercised all protocols insuring our safety in the home as he did the installation. Once completed, he walked us through the things we needed to understand about the system. (remarkably-very little, it runs itself with no worries on the homeowners side) Install took about 2 hours tops and we were up and running in no time. Wish we hadn't put this purchase off for so many years as it is extremely affordable and gives great peace of mind, especially given all we each have to worry about in the current climate. Steve followed up with us to make sure we were happy and for sure, we are. If you want a consumer friendly water filter company to do business with, pick Water Filer Co. of RI-you will not be disappointed. We raise a glass of fresh, clean drinking water to the whole staff. You should be able to sell a water filter on it merits without fear mongering, which we have too much of in this country already, (like climate change will destroy to world in 12 years, intact male cow manure). Some cities in Rhode Island still have lead water lines and high levels of lead are a legitimate concern, but stop knocking the EPA’s safe levels for led, arsenic, and other contaminates. There is a safe level for everything and it is silly, and possible harmful to spend excessive funds on a non-threat. By the way these things are in your food as well. I had a supervisor argue with me “so a little rat poison everyday will not hurt you?” Rat poisons is Warfarin, and refined is Coumadin a blood thinning agent given many people every day to save their lives. Distilled water with no minerals taste like household peroxide, yuck. So stop the hype.
