        We needed a 16' box truck to move out of state. We reserved it a month in advance and I called the day before to make sure it would still be available. No problem, the Budget guy was picking it up that night so we could come anytime the next day to pick it up. Very friendly and easy peasy.

        We moved to Middletown from out of state. In the hustle and bustle of moving and the storm that was happening, we forgot to take our ezpass out of the moving truck when we returned it. The next morning we called and were told it was nowhere to be found. Not sure who would have taken it, but pretty sure someone just driving by didn't see it from the road.
