I was referred to Fred D'Aguanno, I needed to sell my mothers condo. Fred sold the condo, over asking price! I was so impressed with Fred, that I ask him to sell my large commercial building, that the other realtor had no results, it was listed for over a year!
Fred, was like a breath of fresh air, with his 35 years of experience!
He listed the property with a new marketing approach, and within one month we had multiple offers!
He overcame many obstacles and issues! and in the end it sold for over asking price! Fred is very dedicated to his clients.
