Rhode Island Medical Imaging

I have left several voice messages to call me back to schedule an appointment and no one has called me back. I also asked to speak with a supervisor who was not available. Also left a message for the supervisor to call me back, it has been several days and no call back. All I want to do is schedule an appointment, SAD!!!

ZERO stars. Absolutely a horrible experience. The appointment was for my son. I knew going there today that my insurance wasn't going to cover the mri 100% and I was going to owe $320. When I got there I asked for them to bill me because I dont get paid untill tomorrow. The lady tells me we don't do that I'm going have to call accounting. She calls and the woman from accounting wanted to speak to me. She tells me "we called you and told you the amount, you told us you would pay." Yes you called me. Yes I'm going to pay it but I don't get paid untill tomorrow. I have never in my life had a problem with getting billed for anything medical. She continued to explain that they don't do that and that I said I would pay. I handed the phone back and I left very upset. A few minutes later I walk back in and the woman behind the counter tells me "oh the woman on the phone was about to tell you we could bill you before you walked out." She tells me this with an attitude. Absolutely ridiculous! It took me walking out for them to work with me. Now the lady tells me that I can be billed and i can even call to work out a payment plan. The fact that they tried to strong arm me into paying today or my son couldn't have the mri was absolutely disgusting to me. They only became willing to bill me when they realized they were going to lose $1200 for the mri. Those 2 women were so rude and had zero interest in understanding my situation. I will never go back there.
