Would simply reiterate the previous comments below....."Chris" did a fine job installing new shades yesterday. We are always pleased with the Castelli operation. Great help from Ms. Theresa Castelli on a house renovation and another small purchase elsewhere......very knowledgeable, efficient, and careful about the right measurements...worked with us to get the most reasonable price.....We are very impressed by the cell shades not requiring pull strings......these had worn out on our previous cell shades. Would highly recommend the Castelli team....

One of the owners and consultants visited my home to provide a personal consultation on blinds for my living room. She was very cognizant of the look and function of what I was looking forand was very helpful in educating me on the differences in options and functions, while showing me a few options that I might be interested in. I wax also interestedof coursein any potential energy savings and discount pricing. I found that the pricing was within a reachable and fair price point. The owner worked up the numbers, including any applicable discounts and provided me with a detailed breakdown of pricingdependent on any additional features. There was no sales pressure to buy, and pricing was transparent. The owner was very personable and professional. Shipping and installation were scheduled pretty much back-to-backand as I recall, only took around three weeks to come in. Installation was done expediently and seamlessly. Simple installation toosince blinds virtually snap right into place. I purchased cellular blinds with a subtle copper sheen. They are neutralbut have a boutique like vibe-And complement the room, while providing the right amount of light filtering and privacy. Very happy with my decision to hire Budget Blindsa small family business with a diverse range of window treatments and competitive pricing that is fair and transparent! Janice L.
