They try to schedule when there’s scattered thunderstorms, I tell them no way and cancel, they confirmed that they will reschedule and I left our baby chicks outside. Then in a twist of criminal negligence for a company that sprays toxic chemicals:: they don’t exercise proper controls or communication to be safely dealing with what they profit in— they came ANYWAYS and sprayed with scattered t storms and my girls outside. Didn’t talk to anyone. Didn’t communicate with their office, or the office with their field agents. They are never allowed on my property again and I recommend finding a professional company that exercises proper controls and communication rather than this fly by night, spray at 8am without permission and without talking to anyone type company, who when called out just shrugs and tries to use their deficient oversights and controls for this type of behavior as an excuse. Huge safety concerns with this company.

I called to get pricing on tick and mosquito treatments at my home in Johnston RI. I was rudely told they are no longer excepting customers from this area and they hung up with out any thank you for calling or sorry we are just over booked. Glad business is so good that they can treat potential customers like they have no concern for them or their business. I can tell them for sure as being a business owner myself treating potential customers with disrespect and ignorance will come back on them at a point in time they need to generate new business. I can promise them one thing for sure they will never get any business or recommendations form me.

We contacted Kaiser Tree Preservation Co. in April 2013 to have our yard's perimeter treated for ticks after four members of our family contracted Lyme Disease during the summer of 2012. Kaiser Tree is an excellent company across the board--punctual, professional, and competent in every service they offer. After being impressed with their tree service (both removal and planting), we decided to use them for tick spraying. We noticed immediate improvement in tick activity in our immediate yard. They spray the perimeter of our yard very thoroughly 4 times through the active tick season and always call a day or so ahead prior to their actual spraying. We will continue to use this company for our tree and yard services, and most definitely, future tick and mosquito control. We give our highest recommendation and feel fortunate to be able to rely on their expertise.
