100% recommend D. Costa Electric. He and his partner were professional and did an amazing job at my parents house. We had called other electricians who had left them with unfinished and less than quality work and Mr. Costa remedied all their problem at a very reasonable rate. I wouldn’t call anyone else for electrical work.

Had a pool installed by Dynasty Gunite Pools in 2016 with numerous delays My gunite pool project was finally completed later that year and I was satisfied with the results but experienced horrendous customer service Several years go by and this year, 2021 I get a bill in the mail from the electrical contractor Daniel Costa Electric Co. LLC. who does all Dynasty electrical work and family relative. The letter stated I was responsible for the electrical work done on my pool from 2015 per Tanya (owners daughter). I was not afforded the opportunity to get my own electrician and Jay (owner son) said we supply all the work being performed from excavation, masonry, the auto cover company and that they have a relative who does all the electrical which is included in the total price of the pool project. I clearly had an initial proposal and then signed contract with Dynasty in which the electrical work was included in the total construction of the gunite pool. With 5 message left between Dynasty and D Costa Electric I still can not get a return phone call with any explanation why I am receiving a bill several years later. Dan Costa was advised that my contract states electric was included in the total package project price and reviewed by a my attorney for confirmation but Dan Costa is not accepting that realization. I didn't even know Dan Costa and would of used my own electrician which was denied by Dynasty Pool Co. because it was covered in the total project price. Dynasty was paid in full the day the pool was completed. Dan Costa has not returned my last 4 messages to him and making a statement in a first brief phone call of sending the bill to claims?? .At this point i don't know who is trying to scam who. Poor business and record keeping on both companies part. IT seems to be more of a dispute between the two companies and now Dan Costa using customers (7 or 8 separate pool projects of Dynasty) to muscle money from customers or use customers as pawns in getting money from Dynasty. Class action law suit is in order.
