        There is nothing authentic about this chain of restaurants, although I do give them credit for trying... This is an attempt at Southeast Asian food with Chinese owners. It just doesn’t work. Different types of food, and most importantly different types of spices... It’s like going to the Chinese buffet for pasta! NO!!! By all means, I’m not saying that Chinese people can’t cook SEA foods, but perhaps they should do a bit more research? Go to other local SEA restaurants and taste some of their dishes? While the food may taste good to some, but for people like me who cook and eat these types of food all of our lives, there definitely is something missing... For me, I prefer Shanghai on Thayer Street, near Brown University. Also Chinese owned, however, their chefs are actually SEA, and who better to understand the cuisine than the people of the region!?!
