Needs intense oversight : due to elderly dementia patient unsafe at home alone. Namely, nurse case mgr not filling out attorney paperwork for family member, so nurse relative can be legal guardian; bills lag, oil fill not done, meds not filled or being taken properly, appts not done yet billed, patient disoriented and hospital stay x2 mos. as a result when rescue liaison found patient disoriented at home, called to do well check. Unbelievable.

This place is the absolute worst!!!! PLEASE TRUST ME AND DON'T GO!! ZEROOOOOO STARSSSSS!!!!!!! I PROMISE YOU, THIS IS NOT A GOOD DOCTORS OFFICE. EVERYTHING FROM THE FRONT DESK TO THE DOCTORS AND NURSE PRACTITIONERS ARE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY ARE STILL UP AND RUNNING! AND IN NORTH CUMBERLAND.

I have been seeing Dr. Wilson for years. The staff, doctors and nurse practitioners have always taken great care of me.

This place is horrible. I've been a patient for years and it just keeps getting worse. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have so many horrible stories I could tell but I just left an appointment with Deirdre who was completely rude to me. Enters the room and says "what's going on" not even a hello. I was getting looked at for ear pain and she sticks the probe in my ear then proceeds to stick the same tip in my nose. I question her and she had no answer or apology but raises her voice and says "this is your own body I'm trying to help you if you want to leave you can leave." Escalating the situation rather than explaining anything to me. Horrified, I sat there the rest of the exam so I could get the medication I needed to feel better. Shame on this office. Shame on this provider.
