        Terrible customer service. I had a bracelet that broke after 2 months of use I held on to it to see if I could get it fixed and when I came to the store to they told me they could not do any thing for me because it was a gift and purchased online. I didn’t not have a receipt as it was a gift so she would not let me exchange it even tho it it’s clearly there product as they had the same one sitting on the shelf. I have over 50 bracelets from them and will not be purchasing any more due to terrible customer service.
