Providence Diamond

I am in the market for my first Rolex and went into Providence Diamond to enquire about purchasing. Alix was very professional and answered all my questions. I never felt like I was being rushed and was shown numerous watches. I fully understand that it will take time to get the watch in but look forward to doing business with Providence Diamond in the near future.

For our 20th wedding anniversary, I wanted to upgrade my wifes engagement ring. We were fortunate to work with Lisa Delfino who helped immensely. Instead of upgrading the existing ring, we were able to purchase a new ring and setting and my wife was able to keep her original ring which was fantastic for sentimental reasons. Lisa was an incredible help throughout the entire process and very patient in assisting with finding a setting that was just right. Ive also purchased watches from Providence Diamond, and the service is exceptional. We cant recommend Providence Diamond enough.
