Yeahhhh I recently came here and had the worse experience, there's a young lady who's a brunette and she has sooooooo much attitude for no reason, I dont remember her name but I'm pretty sure she's ALWAYS miserable, it made me very uncomfortable it made me feel not so great and quit frankly it ruined my day . DONT come here for any services , the customer service is horrible and that lady should be fired . Don't get a job working with people if you don't have people skills it's common sense

This bank is the worst. We have recurring weekly deposits set up for another one of our accounts at a different bank. They didn't take the deposits out for 3 weeks; my husband called and complained, so they took all deposits out at once, plus one extra one to be proactive and plan-ahead for our next recurring withdrawal. Only problem is they took the extra deposit a day before paychecks were deposited, so they ended up overdrafting our account and then charging us a fee. We have weekly recurring bank transfers set up for a reason. I understand there may be a few days of lag-time, but to blatantly not make the transfers for 3 weeks, then take an extra one out to be "courteous", but cause us to overdraft and charge us it, seem so ridiculous. Bank appears to be extremely disorganized and mismanaged. If you are in Rhode Island, use Washington Trust or Pawtucket Credit Union instead. Way better.
