Initial response to inquiry was quick. Tried to book an appointment at the time and date they had available. Asked to be booked. Waited 5 days (3 business days) in which no response was made, so I had messaged back after no confirmation that if we were booked to kindly remove us as we heard no reply yet. Got "ok" as the one word reply. Can't speak on the service itself, might be great, communication however lacked therefore we were hesitant to try and follow through with the potential booking.

Could not e happier. Calandra was amazing with my dogs.  I have a 7 month old German shepherd who is a bit rambunctious and a 3 year old border collie who is very timid.  She handled them both so well and was so kind to text me once she had the border collie settled to let me know he was doing well after starting out by shaking and having to be carried to the van, he wound up making a new friend.  They came out so soft, fluffy, smelling good and their nails looking great.  The groom itself was done well and services were explained ahead of time and done as explained.  Rebooked on the spot.

Very expensive. My dog always had eye irritation after being groomed. Besides one groomer that they employed that we had they weren't very kind to our dogs. Went months without a call back. Finally came out and wouldn't do my dog because he was "difficult" . They still charged alot to do nothing. Changed to another mobile groomer. They have never had an issue with any of my dogs and prices much more reasonable. My dog has no eye irritation after grooming sessions now.

Happy clean dog. My only issue is my 10 y.o. yellow lab comes out of the van with hot pink stains on her back side from the harness. This is the second time now and it doesn't look pretty, especially when im spending as much as i am. In my opinion, if you can't get a clear or white harness, maybe you can bleach or soak the pink harness to get the dye off it before using it on a light colored dog. That's my only issue...hope it can get resolved.

Very expensive. Cat needed shearing and flea control. Cat was still loaded with fleas and they didn't return calls for a redo. Don't pay cash...that was my mistake. Update: I have received a partial refund for that covered flea control. I have amended the 1 star to 3. I wish 2.5 was available but 3 it is.
