        The absolute worst medical facility. They do not answer their phone to receive calls, questions, or requests. They do not reply to voice messages that are left. They do not treat their patients with respect.

        I went for my Physical. JIMMETTE BROOKS call me in by name, ZACKERY GEORGE, FOR YOUR PHYSICAL and then cancel my physical. I was unable to attend New England Tech because of this place wasting my time. this was a roped in "appointment". You wasted my time and I am transferring to an actual Doctor.

        This office NEVER answers the phone. It is unlike anything I have ever seen. It is never busy in there so I have no understanding as to why they cannot answer the phone. Just ridiculous. After calling and leaving a message they called back and told me to go to the walk in.
