Still waiting for my package. It's been sitting in the Zelienople pa facility for 3 days and hasn't moved.

The LAZY fedex drivers keep leaving my packages on the street! I filed a previous complaint and they said they would take care of it and it would be in the computer to carry my packages up my steps and put it on my porch. Today another delivery was left in front of my house by the street. I'm 60 years old and I've had open heart surgery and can carry the packages up. They aren't that heavy. A package is going to get stolen and fedex simply doesn't care. If you are too LAZY to walk up steps, please find another job! Eventually a package is going to get stolen because they leave it next to the curb and then it's going to be a hassle!

Ordered coffee from Nespresso and it was delivered next day from another fedex facility. Im currently on day 6 coming from this branch with my last order.. after reading all of these horrible reviews, someone in management needs to be fired!

Ive had one package stuck there since January 18th and another since November 2021. Pretty sure there is an integrity issue at this location
