We went here for a late breakfast and waited at least an hour after ordering our food, only to get told that everyone is waiting and other restaurants are open when we asked how much longer it would be. We've never walked out of a restaurant and we are not complainy people, but we left and went to Kountry Kitchen and had an amazing breakfast for two for less than the cost of one meal at Spring Street. Another group decided not to stay while we were there because it was too cold (it really is freezing in there), and we ended up seeing them at Kountry Kitchen, too. It's a bummer, too, because we are locals, would have frequented often, and the place is cute inside. But they really need to work on their service, train the young kids they have working for them, and hire more help if they can't keep up.
