Brian is an excellent professional. Knowledgeable and willing to learn at the same time. His passion has to be admired. I'd definitely recommend this Yoga Studio to anyone, adults and kids alike.

Stop by a few times and my wife did also. Wasn't too bad. Ambience was off and price was a bit too high for what's offered.

First time taking yoga. Really enjoying it! Instructors are nice, very knowledgeable and willing to help adjust and tweak poses for a "newby" like myself. Variety of classes so you don't get bored. Reasonably priced options for daily, monthly passes. Check them out!

Briefly worked here as an instructor shortly after the studio opened. The owner, Brian, obviously has serious – and self proclaimed – mental health issues. After trying to discuss the concerns I was having about his erratic behaviors and the way he spoke to me both in and outside of the studio, he let me go without any discussion. Note that several other teachers mysteriously disappeared within the first few weeks after opening. Brian then proceeded to hire a lawyer “friend” to get out of paying me what he owed me for the 4 classes I taught (said he had to replace the lock on the front door and get 9 new keys made - even though there are no where near 9 employees. So out of $120 owed to me, I received $17.) I was also blocked from leaving a review on Facebook and can only wonder how many other bad reviews are being deleted just to skew the rating of the studio. Students and teachers alike should steer clear of this place. I’ve never taken such bad classes and had such a bad experience at a studio and I’ve been teaching since 2010.
