Artistic Difference Photography and Videography

Reed was amazing in working with not only my wife and I but also the entire party of our wedding in getting every shot to absolutely perfect and never stopped assuring us that we were going to love every single photo that he took. My wife and I are not the kind of people that generally love being in front of the camera but Reed made us feel so comfortable to the point that we thoroughly enjoyed taking every single photograph. Reed was incredibly accommodating to us and I absolutely recommend them to anyone that is in the market for a personable and professional experience.

My husband and I were married in October 2018. We chose Artistic difference based on their reviews and website. They were professional during the wedding which made us never expect to NOT receive our video. We are extremely disappointed that we will never be able to see the parts we missed on our wedding day. Anytime we talk about our wedding it always comes up didn’t you have a video done, yes we did but we NEVER received it. The worse part...we tried multiple times and ways (email/facebook/phone) to contact artistic difference and they NEVER responded. Yes we would love to have our money back, but the worse business practice is poor customer service and being deceitful. We gave them over a year to have the opportunity to give us the video or an explanation and nothing.... we have decided to write this review to prevent other couples planning their big wedding day and finding an honest photographer/videographer to deliver the lasting memories of their big day from going through, and missing out on what we thought we were paying for. I based my choice off of reviews, so if we can’t get our money back, then at-least we can get it back by preventing other people from going through what we did. That’s justice.

After 10 months no sign of our video or files. He hasn’t responded to calls, emails or texts for months. Seems like he disappeared. Edit: we received our wedding video recently. Thank you Reed!

I hired Reed as the photographer for my wedding and couldn't be happier about the decision. His prices are extremely reasonable, and the quality of his services are top-notch. He even arrived early and stayed late, all for no extra charge. Would highly recommend!

We just celebrated our 4th wedding anniversary and pulled out our album and watched our video and feel like it was only yesterday. It brought back so many memories of our greatest day and are so thankful we went with Artistic Difference to capture these most important moments. 1st of all, you work with Phil, the owner. He is with you every step of the way. He's kind, courteous, and listens to your suggestions and concerns. We had asked for things to be done a certain way and he said no problem. He is very easy to work with and communication was on point. Trust me, I called to follow up many times and if Phil wasn't available to take my call, he returned it right away. After the wedding is over, all you have left are your pictures and video and couldn't be happier to have gone with Artistic Difference. PS... don't cheap out and skip the video. Pictures say a lot but a video really brings you back. Our slideshow is worth everything!! Thanks Phil & AD.
