        I was given a wrong size truck, my updated reservation was a 15 moving van, but was given a 20 one. Neither the contact nor the personnel even mentioned the size of truck I received. I was unfortunately stuck in the gas station I had visited in the previous rental. I was able to make that turn one year ago with a 15 truck. This time I was billed $590 for the towing service due to the wrong truck received.
