I wish I could remember her name but the brunette employee helped me today and she was so nice. She did everything I asked for (making copies) and would politely ask, anything else I can help you with? She was timely and extremely helpful.

Cisco took the extra time to make sure my order was right when it didn't come out correct the first time. I didn't mean to arrive so late but he kept a great attitude even being past closing time. Really appreciated the extra mile he went when he could have easily told us to come back another day to fix the order.

Would give no stars but then I couldnt have wrote my review. I'll start off by saying the gentleman Cisqo at the store helping us with our orders was great. He was a lot of help. HOWEVER, I ordered my customizable marketing product about 10 days ago. I get it today and of course it isnt mine. I call customer service who then transferred me to corporate customer service then transferred me somewhere else. For this women to tell me theres your reference number. Reference number for what? I asked for details of what will happen and how long I will have to wait and she continued to say she had a reference number. NO DETAILS. I still dont know if i will be receiving my items or when. Not one question answered. WHY HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES WHEN THEY KNOW NOTHING. A waste of my time and a waste of my money because it wasnt cheap. I'm BEYOND angry!!!!!!
