Much better experience than at local chains! Thorough, efficient, no virtual doctors. Seems like they know what they're doing and actually care, exam and treatment felt personal instead of just a shuffling through of patients. Definitely going back. Easy to schedule and handle my issues.

I have been seeing Dr. Hartzell for 20 years and have no complaints about him. The rest of the staff here are absolutely horrible though. The women at the front desk are extremely rude. Their Covid protocols were EXTREME. I hate to have to find a new eye dr because I truly have no issues with Dr. Hartzell but I will never go back to this place.

Dr Lander, Dr Hartzell and all the staff go above and beyond in providing excellent eye care. Heather and Jason are awesome in the optical shop. Will never trust my eyes to anyone else!
