        Very disappointed how they do not post on their site whether or not they are closed. So many times I have driven almost 30 minutes to watch a movie to see a note on the door that they are closed. They need to have a phone number or way to actually talk to a person or put on their recording that they are closed.

        Went on Saturday to see the movie "Dog" however we did not get to see it due to projector issues. Also Theater 1 was very cold as we were sitting and waiting. It could not have been over 55 degrees in there as I went out to the car to get blankets! It took the staff 20 minutes to tell us there was an issue. They should have provided an update sooner and informed the patrons of the problem. The staff offered refunds and a free pass for a future movie. I did appreciate that. It is a nice Theater and all the other times we have frequented have had no problems.
