We left plenty of messages for Phil to stop coming for service and asked him to call us leaving a message to call us back for 3 months. He never called but showed up cutting our grass after we went with someone else. Horrible communication. We never received a bill and went 8 months without a bill. We had to call for the bill. They weed whacked our swing set and messed up all end caps. Matt, who works for him, told him and took pictures. Horrible communication and damaged equipment without paying for it or honestly saying they did it. I hope I don’t have to go the legal route. You better off getting someone else than DPR.

I hired this company (Phillip) to do some landscaping at my home. He showed up within a reasonable time frame to look over the project. He emailed me a quote within a couple of days. Based on his quote, I hired him and gave him half of his fees down - up front - as per his contract. This was in April. I have not heard from him since he cashed my check. I have left numerous messages on his work number and finally contacted The Attorney General's office in September. Apparently they could not get in touch with him either as there has still been no response. I'm going to the court house next and filing suit for recovery of my down payment.
