Wolf Furniture

The furniture is nice, but the customer service after your sale doesn't exist. Desmond Deeter was our salesman, and he completely ignored my emails about an error their installation crew made. Now they want us to wait for nearly a month before they will come back to fix their OWN mistake. I will not go back there again and I told Desmond that he could avoid this review if he would acknowledge my messages but he didn't.

I purchased a lift chair. At the time I was looking, i masked the sales person if lift chairs came in wall huggers. She said No. I purchased the chair. To get in different fabric they said it was special order. This was on Saturday. I came home and found out those chairs do come in wall huggers. I called Wolf back on Monday and tried to cancel the order. They refused. said Order could not be stopped after had gone in. To stop it would cost me a restock fee of $500.00. Spoke to manager. VERY, VERY RUDE. I will never shop there Again if i have to drive mile. Now i understand why there is never anyone in the parking lot. Don't know how they keep the doors open. No one ever there. I WON'T BE BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
