So, I give it 5 stars because the kids had a blast. Does it look like it needs to be cleaned? Yes. Should there be adults working and not children who are more interested in playing dodge ball? Yes. But overall, the kids just have a great time here bouncing around and getting their energy out. I'd really like to see less older kids on phones bouncing around among the littles because there were collisions and some older kids weren't very respectful. For the most part they were okay, just oblivious on their phones. I personally thanked a boy for apologizing to my son after bumping into him (by accident, with no phone) and making sure that he was okay. I thought that was sweet. This is a great place to keep the kids occupied and to let them get their steam out! Getting that little break is so worth it lol

We went here for a birthday party. The place appeared to be clean (although the bathroom door did not fully latch shut). The kids (a wide variety of ages) there had a blast! Did I feel like they rolled out the red carpet for us as guests? No but then again im not sure that's a reasonable expectation either

They don't offer food unless you are having a party. Not as clean as it should be..
