        GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! This company only wants to hook up new customers and neglects it's long standing ones. Called them to upgrade our service and got tossed to the waste side. Never heard back from them until after Dish Network called them wanting to know why we switched to another provider. Absolute lame business practice and customer service. Just pathetic.
