I stopped in just to get a nut and bolt that were missing on my kid's bike. The guy working there was happy to help, even with such a small job. I will continue to use them whenever we have bike needs - big or small.

Had a loose chain. Fixed it in 10 minutes now it works perfectly. great customer service too!

Owner seems like a great guy who knows his stuff. We shopped for helmets on our visit, a weekend afternoon. He did well to balance all the customers in the store. He was really helpful to help us find the bike lock we were looking for also. GPS sent us to riverview plaza which is an office complex off S Delaware Ave. If you park in riverview it may be hard to find the store, but I took just look for the dumpster by the fence in the back of the parking lot (riverview plaza on the right in these photos. There's some kind of reality office in the front on the left and then firehouse cycles is in the rear. But it also has its own parking lot in the rear of you take S Bell Ave). Had a great experience! I came in looking to order a new bike for my wife to replace her older mountain bike. Instead of upselling, they recommended a decent overhaul and a 1x conversion. We got the bike back in a few days and its awesome! Rides like a new machine and saved us a ton of money. Thanks again!
