A mental health place that doesnt answer their phone. i dont know how they even have patients when you cant talk to anyone and they dont call you back

Got referred 2+ weeks back and was supposed to receive a phone call to get appt set up. Nothing. Finally decided to call them on 3/18/24. Left extremely detailed message after no one ever picks up the phone, no reply. Round 2, same details next day. Zero reply AGAIN. With care for patients like this, I'm thinking it's better off they don't call. Moving on and thanks for your tremendous concern for a potential patient in need. Much appreciated.

don't say you're accepting new patients if you don't even pick up the phone. that's not to say i haven't tried calling 3 times and left 2 voicemails! no callbacks. i heard good things about this place but i guess you have to be a patient to get any sort of response from this place.
