I have had them for a year now fighting a custody battle and I have got NOTHING accomplished at ALL!! Took me a year to get court ordered ins cards! Dan Rabenold my "attorney" was not versed in Lancaster County Procedure. Asked for continuance...granted one and then never took that time to subpoena any witnesses!!!! I asked him 3 times WHY didnt WE subpoena witnesses??? I had him change the subject each time! I have now been trying to get my money back from them. Custody was 1 contact, Divorce was another contract and fee.... divorce was never touched and it was PRE PAID UP FRONT.... ASKED 5 time via email and messages for refund. I cant get them on the phone and CAN NOT GET MY MONEY BACK! HOWEVER they were superfast running the credit card machine!!! Keep ya updated if i ever see my 2500 refund!

I greatly appreciate everything they have done to help me get through this terrible time in my life. I went through so much during my divorce that was completely unnecessary with my ex husband and they were able to work everything out so smoothly. I had to deal with criminal charges that could have resulted in 6 months of jail time and was reduced to 6 months on ARD (unsupervised adult probation program) and a PFA that could have lasted up to 3 years. They were able to reduce my time to only 9 months for my PFA. During the beginning of my case, I was forced out of my house due to my ex refusing to leave my home. I bought my home before we got married, he was not on my deed, paid no bills and because he placed the PFA on me, I was forced to be homeless until we could get him out. Well, they granted me a 30 day eviction notice for my ex and got my home back to me. It could have been sooo much worse. I could have been homeless for 3 years, but yet paying for my ex to live in my home for free. My ex also stole my dogs for those 30 days and tried to say I was mentally unstable and could not care for them. Once again, the banks law group stepped in and got them back to me. My dogs were considered property to my home and I was able to get them back after the 30 days were over and my ex was evicted. I just want to say thank you all at BanksLaw for listening to all of my words, hearing my side, and asking all your questions. I had 4 charges back in 2017 with very little evidence against me I hired these guys after getting their flyer in the mail and finding out I had charges Eric started out my case and seemed competent but then we went to real court and some other guy showed up saying there was nothing he could do and to take the deal which was plead guilty to it all I thought maybe 1 or 2 would be dropped for a plea on the others but nope got hit with all 4 I should of fired him but I wanted it to be over so when the judge asked if I was satisfied with my representation I reluctantly said ya. I still owed them money after it was all over but refused to pay it due to the bad representation the owner called and I explained what had happened and why he wasn't being paid he seemed to understand and informed me the attorney that was with me was no longer with his firm and whipped the debt away thankfully but all around not a good firm if your lookin for someone to fight for you in my opinion. Would have just got a public defender and saved money if I was gonna get hit with it all anyway who knows they may have actually done better lol

Terrible. We used Matt Banks for temporary guardianship. When I reached out to him about adoption he stated he had to “do research” Months later no call back. So I’ve reached out to him numerous times in the last month so we can get birth certificate and go forward with adoption and STILL waiting on him to do his research. Last time he spoke with me he said I have an attitude. I would NEVER recommend.
