My appt was at 4:30pm. I was 20min late because rhe address on the form was not correct so I had to google it myself. It is 5:57pm and I'm still here waiting. I just need to get my vaccination done for new employment. I don't even know why it is taking this long?! This place is horrible. I should have went to another location. The employee sitting in the front don't even apologized for the wait. She is chitchatting to another employee while I have been standing at the podium waiting to talk to her. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

The nurse Jennifer Gill and reception staff at this clinic are extremely rude, unprofessional and have complete disregard and lack of care and compassion for patients. They are not helpful, harsh in speech, do not provide accurate information, and are overall just too self absorbed to be working in healthcare, clearly in the wrong profession. I would not trust them to manage any aspect of my health. After experiencing trauma and sustaining injuries, its been an absolute nightmare to schedule an appointment with my PCP. Would advise anyone considering seeing the NP here to go somewhere where the staff actually care about patients health and well being.

I believe that MLGI is top notch and highly professional. All the providers are up to date with medical research and are very compassionate in their care. A++!
