On Saturday September 18th my daughter went to Lankenau Hospital because she was sick it turned out that she had covid, the treatment that she received was deplorable she has been a patient at that hospital for the past 25 years that's where she was born. She is diabetic and also has lupus they straight sent her home with no care in the world. I am very disappointed in the ER staff that was on duty that day.

Horrible experience! My Dad spent his last week of life there in 2019. Except for one nurse & one nurse manager, the nurses on duty did not even feign compassion. One was especially cold & didn’t show any empathy when I cried and begged for it. The ER nurses & urologist on call also did not show any empathy. The hospice & palliative care staff (?nurses?) were pretty good & the hospice staff person seemed empathetic. The patient advocate was OK. The doctor was OK but not great. I don’t blame anyone there for his death, but will never go there again or allow my mother to go there.
