- veeeery old places without conditions - mouses in the house - maintenance is from your own - always problems with something - very poor maintenance if they doing something will take all your life + you will receive a bill to pay - if you own a car be ready to receive a call with offer like to pay 50$ for each car or rent a another garage for 800$ - rent is to expensive for the place, exaggeratedly (1500$ for one bedroom) - after 4 months of problems was forced to leave with my pregnant wife in last month and 3 kids - tricky admins and motherF owner - even fridge I bought from my pocket - list my go and go, unfortunately only things like this,very disappointed

My husband and I rented a house that they refused to fix the roof needed to be replaced but they never did anything, but scrape the wall and paint over it. We had black mold growing on the walls.. I got so bad we were forced to move because we kept getting sick. Then they have the nerve to charge up to fix everything they neglected. Horrible they need all of their properties reviewed by an inspector.
