Melonie Farrow helped my husband and I upgrade our rings and was so patient with us and super friendly! Its a big purchase and decision and she did all she could to help us find something that we would love. She understood our budget and wasnt trying to push us to buy something we didnt want or that was too expensive. I couldnt have asked for a better ring buying experience. Also the turn around time for resizing and resetting of my diamond was so fast!

Just finished getting my free ring cleaning and inspection I was emailed about. The lady at the store was not very friendly or welcoming. Im not sure what she did when she brought my ring back but she 100% did not clean it. It came back looking the exact same, I can still see the grime all over my ring. I can do a much more thorough job using dish soap at home. Bummed I made the 40 minute drive there

This location has gone downhill. Big time. Customer service is a little hit or miss. When i dropped of my ring for inspection and dip, it was a quick drop off. I was greeted almost right away. Picking up the ring was another story. Which was the next day. No acknowledgment for a good 10 mins and then waited another 15mins for someone to help me. The store itself is VERY DIRTY and the air conditioning was not working well, there was a stuffy odor. The carpet has stains all over the store some quite big. The jewelry cases are soo outdated. I just can't believe that Jared is ok with this appearance. My husband used the restroom and the trash was overflowing and the sink had crud all over it. He said it was disgusting. While I got my ring back beafutifully done, i felt like I needed a shower after walking out. This location is in need of some serious renovation. This store is at least 15 -20yrs old.
