        Although I am now living in Maryland, I continue to use Halls when I want to send flowers in and around Williamsport. Karen and her team thoughtfully listen and send out exactly what I want in the most timely way. Karen is a true artist. Every bouquet is exquisite, and I believe in my heart the people receiving the flowers are touched by the effort that goes into making their bouquet so special.

      I don’t know exactly what happened with your order, but all of our orders Valentines Day went out on time, we didn’t have any orders that didn’t go out, you may want to call the nursing home director and ask what happened with your order, we delivered there with more than one order, daily, thank you
