Worst customer service ever. Waited two weeks for a bed to be delivered to my home only to find out parts were missing. Two hours back and fourth on the phone and the only resolution there was, was to go to the store and get the missing parts off their showroom floor. 😡 That was after being hung up on. So now the delivery and installation I paid for was for nothing. I wasted an entire day, my gas and my time getting what I needed to put a bed together. Furious is an understatement. Good thing they are going out of business.

This was our first experience with Mealey's Furniture. The staff and floor sales people were quite helpful. They were available to answer questions without hovering. Our sales rep was Scott who made this a different experience over the other retailers with no pressure or "Crazy Eddie" nonsense. We set out to comparison shop and we were looking for a leather sofa for our home. We felt that Scott was honest in his opinion about wear & tear, and encouraged us to check out the manufacturers too. We were very comfortable with their handling of our questions, pricing and price matching, financing options, etc. that we made the "buy" decision without having to continue to shop the other retailers. Great customer service from our salesman to the warehouse workers. There was a large selection to choose from. I was there during the blow out sale and received tremendous savings. I highly recommend this store.

There going out of business sale was a joke. Told them what I wanted, how much I wanted to pay & what piece I had to match. Asked more questions b4 I signed on the dotted line. They sold me an Ashley piece manufactured 10/19! With only a 2 yr warranty!! They wanted to charge me 1/2 of what I paid to pull it from warehouse & deliver it! How could this possibly be a going out of business (rip off) sale?

Scott and Sheb were very helpful today. We walked around for an hour. They offered me water, and answered all my questions. They rearranged so many different displays for me. I ended up purchasing 2 couches for a great price. I would definitely recommend Mealys to a friend.
