Absolutely horrible! Like other reviews, scheduled an appointment on a Friday and they never came because they said the computer "double booked". We made another appointment for the following Monday and they never showed. I called the main number to ask what happened and still havent heard back. Would not recommend at all.

I made an appointment, they canceled so I rescheduled for the following week on a Friday and they sent me a text on Tuesday to tell me they drove by and they dont do that type of work. I wanted a deck off my front door, there website shows a picture of exactly what I wanted. I would not recommend this company, very unprofessional. I guess the job wasn't big enough for them.

Great experience with Chris and the Deck Masters Plus team. They did a great job and my deck looks great and use it all the time now. Would highly recommend to others looking to transform their deck. Also stands by his work as he had to come and replace some damaged boards which are covered by Trex.
